Ashley Halverson - You've been Stung!

Thank you Ashley for co-chairing Box Tops for Education.  We have never made so much money from this program. The counting of all the box tops is crazy. Thank you for co-chairing School Cents. With this program we are able to have our monthly perfect attendance awards. She also helps Jana with the after school enrichment classes. As if all of that is not enough, she makes thousands of copies for all of our events and activities for PTA/FOB.  She is the VP of PTA as well. Ashley also helps with all of the fundraisers that we have at Beethoven. Thank you again Ashley for all you do for Beethoven!

Beethoven Pledge For Excellence

This is now the Beethoven Elementary 2011-2012 school year and the 2nd annual PLEDGE FOR EXCELLENCE school wide pledge drive is underway.

Make your tax deductible donation now! If you haven't given, now is the time to do it. We still need 100% participation.  Thank you to all who have participated to date. Our current total is $25,205.20.

We have all heard about how budget cuts are affecting our schools. Programs are cut, teachers and aides are laid off and needed services are greatly reduced. State and district funding is no longer enough, it is now up to us, the parents, families and the community; to raise the rest of the funds needed to maintain the level of excellence that we have come to expect from Beethoven.

By participating in our PLEDGE FOR EXCELLENCE Drive and donating just $250 per child to the Friends of Beethoven, (That equals less than $1.00 per day!) we, as a community, will be able to bridge the gap that these budget cuts leave behind. Every dollar of your tax deductible donation will go to help the Friends of Beethoven maintain the many programs that would not be available to our children without your support.

The Friends of Beethoven Booster Club (FOB) is a tax exempt organization of parent volunteers whose sole purpose is to raise money for Beethoven Elementary School. The funds we raise support every student in every grade.

Just $250 per child will ensure that these programs can go on undisturbed.

Please make your payment through PayPal.

Recycle your cell phones and printer cartridges to raise money for our kids!

Beethoven Elementary School is participating in the FundingFactory Recycling Program! This fundraiser is FREE and simple because there's nothing to sell, no paperwork to fill out and no deadline. The program runs year-round, accumulating constant income for our efforts. But we won't get very far without your support. Please donate your empty printer cartridges and used cell phones to our school and we'll take it from there! We will recycle the cartridges and cell phones through FundingFactory to earn new technology and/or recreational equipment or cash.

Last year alone, more than 300 million cartridges were thrown away, while 30,000,000 cell phones were tossed or replaced. We're alleviating the volume of waste that goes into landfills, while collecting products we need to keep our school running smoothly. Your help is vital to our fundraising success. Cell phones and cartridges can be dropped off at the school office.

FundingFactory also sponsors a businesses support program, where your employer can help out our school without spending a cent. Prepaid shipping boxes can be sent, free of charge, directly to any business, organization or other facility within the continental United States. Business supporters simply need to load the boxes and leave them for the next UPS pickup. If you work for a company that may be interested in supporting us, please call FundingFactory toll-free at 1.888.883.8237. Give the customer service representative our school identification number, #65644 and they'll set you up to support our account.
